Located at 401 Mercer Street, the M5 Creative Building is set to become the beating heart of Seattle's creative industry. This versatile space is designed to attract, grow, and retain production teams by offering a temporary home for film production, creative production office space, conferences, workshops, controlled events, and more. It's not just a workspace—it's a community where creatives from different disciplines can convene, collaborate, and create. 

One of the most significant advantages of the M5 Creative Building is its flexible and affordable leasing options.
